1. STRUCTURE.

· Reinforced concrete structure according to seismic law and with steel.
· Air chamber below the house, and dividing floors with concrete blocks, compression gap 4 cm thick and iron net.

2. CLOSINGS, BRICK WALLS AND ROOF.

· Double external closing with hollow bricks, thermo insulation and cavity wall. Interior bricks 7 cms thick. 
· Dividing walls among houses with double bricks and thermo insulation.
· Sloping roof,develop with a brick platform, compression gap and finished with curved roof tiles.

3. OUTSIDE FINISHES.

· Floor in roof solarium with inclination, thermic insulation, waterproof, concrete floor and non-slipped ceramic floor tiles.
· Curved tiles on sealings.
· Metal grilles on ground-floor windows.

4. INSIDE RENDERED.

· Buena Vista plaster in the entire house.
· Coving on the ceilings.
· Mat plastic paint on walls and ceilings. First quality wall and floor ceramic tiles.

5. INSIDE FINISHES.

· White plastic coated paint. Indoor carpentry in white sapelli
· Aluminium rolling blinds placed into a compact P.V.C. box. External windows and doors in thermo-lacquered aluminium.
· Double-glazing in all windows, patio doors and kitchen door with air chamber.
· Metal or PVC entrance door lacquered in white with security lock. Inside doors lacquered in white.
· Fully-fitted kitchen, white lacquered, with granite worktop, 100 litres water heater and extractor fan.
· Polished granite staircases indoors.

6. INSTALLATIONS.

· Individual aerial and new established telecommunication rules. TV sockets and F.M. in all bedrooms, telephone points in the living room and in the master bedroom and wired in all bedrooms.
· Cold and hot water plumbing with with 1 mm. thick copper pipes and PVC pipes on the outside drains.
· Bathroom fittings model Victoria from ROCA or similar in white colour and taps ROCA or similar.
· Vanity unit and fitted mirror in the bathroom.
· Built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms with one whole piece sliding door and interior suitcase division.
· Wiring according to R.E.B.T., built in semi-rigid tube and Simon 31 in white for the switches and power points.
