COMMON AREAS:  Made of –foot of perforated brick, with 4-cm chambers, semi-rigid 4-cm acoustic insulation, plastered with single-hollow non-supporting wall, enhanced with plaster finish on both sides.
DWELLINGS INSIDE PARTITIONS:
Made up of larger non-supporting double-hollow brick wall, enhanced with rustic-style plaster finish on both sides, painted with tempera.
ROOF: Slanted roof: Finished in traditional curved tiles, also with thermal insulation with fiber glsaa blanket. Double Flat Roof: Can be walked on, some sloping areas, 4-cm water-proofing sheets of thermal insulation, reinforced with polyester fiber, finished in 25 x 25-cm rustic-style stoneware tile, with 1-cm cement join.
FLOORING: Over 3-cm thick forged acoustic insulation and anti-impact sheet, finished in 25 x 25 rustic-style stoneware tiles, with 1-cm cement. In living areas, common areas and doorways. In stairwells and stairs, rustic-style stoneware tiles, finish includes special pieces for “zanquin” (specially cut tiles surrounding tops of steps) and steps.
TILED WALLS: 20 X 20 sheets, solid-colour and 10 x 20-cm skirting.
WOODWORK: Windows: Solid wood, with shutters in bedrooms and living rooms facing south and west.
Interior:
Reinforced front doors with wood finish. /Inside doors in solid wood for painting or varnished. /Closet doors matching inside doors, interior lined with plastic-coated wood.
BATHROOMS:
Bathrooms Sanitary Fittings: Sinks, toilets, and bidets in white glazed porcelain, sink’s embedded in marble countertop. /Enamelled bathtub or round, white fiber./ Single-control tap. “Roca” brand or similar.
KITCHENS: Completely furnished including glass-top range, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and sink.
INSTALLATIONS: Electrical-Climate control – Plumbing - Elevator.
