FOUNDATIONS: Isolated basements of reinforced braced concrete, air chambers
above ground floor and concrete walls.

STRUCTURE: Unidirectional armed structures with concrete rafters and vaults. According to EHE-99.

WALLS: External double walls with air chamber and insulation material.
Internal shard walls made of ½ Ft. Solid
brick.

PLASTER: Interior walls in machine-projected and treated plaster; Plaster moulding in all
ceilings.

FLOORING AND TILING: Gres tiles on house flooring. First quality tiles in bathrooms, shower-rooms and kitchen. All
tiled up to the ceiling. Terrace and patio floors tiled with semi sandstone tiles or similar in price. The utility
area walls will be tiled up to 1 meter from the floor.

FINISHES: All external walls will be plastered according to the project. Some window surrounds will decorated and
highlighted imitating a rustic brick appearance. Downstairs. External ground-floor windows fitted with security bars.
Garden area finished in gravel.

CARPENTRY: Interior doors. Frame work, sliding doors in built-in wardrobes finished in pine or lacquered in white.

GLASSWARE: Double glazing in all external windows and decorative glass in kitchen’s door. Framed fitted mirror in
the main bathroom. All external windows will be made in white aluminums with fitted shutters.

SANITATION: White coloured in bathroom and toilet, made of vitrified porcelain. “Monomando” chrome taps in bathroom
and kitchen.

ELECTRICITY: The installation will follow the low tension regulation and will be carried out in embedded flexible
tubing with earth connection. It also includes TV installation in all bedrooms, living room as well as in the outside
downstairs terrace. Two telephone points in each property. Communal TV aerial covering local stations.

PAINT : Interior of white plastic fine drop “Gotelée” paint.

KITCHEN: Fitted white cupboards and drawers, granite worktop and fitted white sink.
